I have been looking for a good web host in Malaysia. Unfortunately, there are no summaries of all them unlike other countries.

I’ve used them before. The support is good, downtime low and frequent updates. I think they either run CentOS or BSD platforms.
2. Exabytes –> http://www.exabytes.com.my/
No feedback on this except that the fact they are big.

Price is cheap, but overselling. Domain is cheap but not the cheaper one.
2.Emerge –> http://www.emerge.com.my
Big and old company in Malaysia, but the price is expensive. You can get your hosting for RM99 in the first year, but the second year is at least RM385, if you need full features, then you have to pay more than RM800.
3.Yeahhost –> http://www.yeahhost.com
It is a branch of UK Company. They got their support and technical team in Malaysia. Although they are new in the Malaysia market, but I can see the different management from different country can result differently. I will recommended this, because I am using it right now ïŠ
4.FreeNet –> http://www.freenet.com
The first hosting company in Malaysia, it was popular before Exabytes, but now seem like getting worse and worse. I think their main problem is marketing, because their servers are not bad. You can give them some support if you want.
Hope this information can help! Sometimes when a company become popular, their support is getting worse. If you facing any problem with any BIG company, then you should try another one, BIG doesn’t mean GOOD anymore in the global market.

Seem like yeahhost is getting hot in Malaysia. Few days ago I went to Penang PC Fair and saw their promotion there. Only RM149 during the promotion period included free domain.
Domino seems like a spammer, because after I transferred to yeahhost, no spam at all. Can you imagine 0% Spam free for your mail service? In Malaysia, only yeahhost can do it.
Not too worried about spams. I just use Google Applications for all my mail needs. :)
